Kentrol/Sevco Acquires Control Equipment Corp.
Kentrol/Sevco, a division of F.W. Webb, has acquired Control Equipment Corp. of Cazenovia, NY. CEC is a major supplier of automated and control valves to industries in the upstate New York market. Along with their broad product line, CEC also brings enhanced service capabilities such as field and shop repair for control and relief valves.
The addition of Control equipment to the Kentrol/Sevco line also brings 100-plus years of experience in the application, sizing, selection and service of control valves. Along with their direct manufacturer support, CEC will provide technical support for F.W. Webb company across their marketing region.
